About the Role
BFA is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Engineering team, who is both systems and business-oriented. Our perfect candidate would act as both ERP Admin and Business Lead. You will be driving scalable solutions with a focus on Financial system excellence. The ERP Lead will be a key partner with our business teams and responsible for supporting current Financial and Operational system infrastructure, dependencies and data integrity. This role will work cross-functionally to identify areas of improvement, innovation, and additional investment and drive efficiency through automation and streamlining processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Subject matter expert for NetSuite Financials (including Multi-Book), Inventory, Procurement. Experience with Demand Planning and Light Manufacturing, a plus
- Key partner in relationship between Engineering and Finance / Ops. Staying close to system upgrades and stability, company-wide initiatives, and new business requirements with a focus on the impact to financial and operational systems
- Day to day management of NetSuite support queue
- Hands-on support for the month-end close process, including data extraction and summarization
- Drive implementation and training of new financial and operational systems
- Act as a system administrator for key financial, accounting, and operational systems such as NetSuite, SAP Concur, Blackline, Adaptive
- Support NetSuite integrations with other significant BFA systems (Inventory, Order Management)
- Be the key liaison to the internal data team and develop an expert understanding of how data is used, compiled, and queried in relevant databases
- Deliver targeted, ad hoc projects, either alone or with consulting support. For those projects that require consulting support, the ERP Lead will also assume overall project management responsibility
- Develop standardized reporting for operations and finance/accounting
- Work with Compliance and Security to draft and implement key policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Undergraduate degree with an emphasis on Business/Accounting or Computer Science
- Five to seven years of experience working with NetSuite. Experience supporting ERP and related system implementations
- Previous management experience (support desk) or desire for management experience
- Industry experience supporting US-based companies
- Experience supporting high-growth companies
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizations
- Experience with SQL and the ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
Bonus if You Have
- Experience supporting the month-end close process
- Understanding of US GAAP
- Experience with NS saved searches and writing complex searches joining multiple datasets
- Project management experience
- Supported Adaptive, SAP Concur, Tableau
- Documentation and design of internal controls
- Supporting implementation of new operational systems related to inventory and order management
- Develop standardized reporting for operations and finance/accounting
- Been the key liaison of data integrity along with an expert understanding of how data is used, compiled and queried in relevant databases.
